OG becomes the first esports club in the world to use the blockchain for an improved fan experience
OG Esports will se blockchain for improved fan experience thanks to their partnership with Socios.com
Today, OG Esports announced a long-term strategic partnership. We are partnering with the blockchain mobile app Socios.com, powered by $CHZ. The two companies will work together to make the best use of this technology to optimize and develop the engagement of OG fans.
The Dota 2 World Champions are the first esports club to join Socios.com, and together they will develop OG Fan Tokens for their 850,000-strong fanbase around the world. They join international football clubs such as Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain and West-Ham United.
OG Fan Tokens will allow the team to involve its fans in the life of the club, including voting on polls on the app. Token-holders will receive exclusive rewards, experiences as well as content.
