Highlights from ESI Lisbon

Last week, we had the privilege of sponsoring the Gaming Zone at ESI Lisbon! The event was a huge success, bringing together over a thousand attendees from more than 40 countries, and we’re incredibly grateful to have been a part of it. Here are some highlights from our time at ESI! 

Day 1: Fireside Chats and Sneak Peaks

Johan was asked to kick off the event with a fireside chat, where he discussed his esports journey, shared insights about his upcoming book, Character Beats Talent, and talked about the importance of character development in achieving success. This engaging conversation set a great tone for the event and got everyone ready for the exciting days ahead. 

Later that, and throughout the event, we had the opportunity to showcase our new partner, Valhalla, and share an exclusive sneak peak at the game before it’s launch later this year.  

Day 2: Good Vibes and Insights 

On Day 2, our Head of Partnerships, Sujoy Roy, stepped into the spotlight for a panel discussion, sharing insights on how we’ve navigated the ever-evolving esports landcape.  

Wrapping Things Up at the Sunflower House

To wrap up the event, we hosted the ESI Afterparty at the OG Sunflower House. It was a relaxed evening filled with music, food, and great conversations. Our goal is always community, and it’s rewarding to see everyone come together for the shared love and continued growth of esports.
