OG Esports has received a direct invite to ESL One Birmingham 2026. The tournament will gather the world’s top Dota 2 teams in Birmingham, United Kingdom. There, the teams will battle for a $1,000,000 prize pool and valuable EPT points.

This direct invite places OG Esports among the first confirmed participants for the event. Other notable names are Tundra Esports, Xtreme Gaming, PARIVISION, Team Spirit, and Team Yandex. All these teams secured their spots through strong performances in recent ESL Pro Tour competitions and leaderboard standings. With such a stacked field already confirmed, the tournament is shaping up to be one of the most competitive events of the season.

Road to Birmingham

ESL One Birmingham 2026 will feature 16 teams in total. Alongside the invited squads, the remaining participants will qualify through regional tournaments across Europe, the Americas, China, and Southeast Asia.

The event is scheduled to start on March 26, 2026, with the LAN event running from March 27–29 at the BP Pulse Live Arena.

In addition to prize money, teams will compete for ESL Pro Tour points. EPT points play a crucial role in qualification pathways for major international events later in the season, notably the Esports World Cup.

For OG, the invite to ESL One Birmingham represents another opportunity to compete against the world’s best and continue building momentum on one of the biggest stages in the Dota 2 calendar. We are incredibly excited to get back on the stage, challenge top teams and meet our UK fans.
